Recruitus are looking to recruit a prep operative for our client based in Redditch

Overall Purpose:  Serves prep team by producing on time component parts from a manufacturing list to feed the welding/fabrication department; resolving any parts queries to the wider team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Prime responsibility is to produce all the materials needed for the welding/fabrications department, working to manufacturing lists and drawings to meet the requirements of ISO9001 Quality and Inspections Procedures

· Set and operate any machine (with training) used in the preparation section

· Ensure all jobs are fully kitted ready to handover to the next department

· Daily machine total preventative maintenance checks (Tube Bender, Bandsaws, Euromac, Pillar Drill,    Notcher, Swager, Light Guards, Stop Buttons etc.)

· All materials delivered must be put away by the end of the shift in the correct tote pans and steel     bar racks

· Assist with repairs when required

· Bring to the attention of the Team leader any non-conforming items or practices

· Adhere to any current quality operating procedures, an up-to-date copy will be retained by the Operations Director

· Turn machines/motors off when not in use (electric)

· Ensure all hand tools are on the correct shadow board and pallet trucks are put away in your area

· Communication across all departments to ensure products hit the required lead time and each team are kept in the loop with any delays

· Excellent housekeeping to be always adhered to

(Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.45pm with a 30 min rest break 12.45-13.15 and Friday 7.45am to 12.45pm no rest break

Recruitus are recruiting for welders to work for our client based in Redditch.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Prime responsibility is to weld, fabricate and linish all components from job cards, working to manufacturing lists and drawings to meet Quality standards as required by the company

· Collect and collate all materials and assembly jigs

· Ensure all jobs are fully welded ready to handover to the next department

· Daily machine total preventative maintenance checks

· All jigs used to be returned to the correct racks

· Ensure all hand tools are kept on the correct shadow boards

· Bring to the attention of the Team leader any non-conforming items or practices

· Adhere to any current quality operating procedures, an up to date copy will be retained by the Operations Director

· Communication across all departments to ensure products hit the required lead time and each team are kept in the loop with any delays

Welder Days - £12.95 - -(Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.45pm with a 30 min rest break 12.45-13.15 and Friday 7.45am to 12.45pm no rest break)

Recruitus are looking for general operatives to work for a large automotive business based in B44 area of Birmingham. 

We are recruitng candidates who are looking to learn new skills such a paint preppring, jigging,  press work. 

Roles are being offered on a temp to perm basis.  

Recruitus are looking to hire assembly operatives:

THE ROLE?

§ To build, inspect, pack and label parts

§ To ensure all components worked on are fit for purpose

§ To always ensure good housekeeping practices are always maintained

§ All parts, packaging and labels are well organised and readily available for the assembly process

§ All quality related concerns are relayed to your assembly manager for resolution

§ PPE policies are adhered to in all areas of the assembly process.

§ Ensuring that all work instructions are followed, all documentation is kept up to date and all process procedure are full adhered to at all times.

DESIRED CANDIDATES?

§ You should have good knowledge of finishing applications and techniques and have an excellent eye for detail

§ You will need to be an enthusiastic and motivated person who can communicate well, takes pride in their work, has sound knowledge and understanding of paint and all stages of preparation and applications The ability to use an air gun/paint sprayer is essential

PAY RATE? DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Recruitus are currently recruiting for staff to pick vegetables from beautiful locations in Warwickshire.

We are looking for 50 personnel to work at the start of the season through to September.

The successful candidates will be required to have good attention to detail as the role involves looking out for poor quality products and ensuring they do not make it to the production line.

Full training will be provided.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 6-4 with the occasional Saturday in busier periods.

English language is not required for this role
