Louise has a real passion for employment law and in lockdown decided to go and gain her level 5 in HR management. Around the office she likes to lead her team and has created a competitive desk within her field that serves clients well. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and her bulldog Ronnie

Richard can often be found desk hopping around our sales office, bouncing new ideas off staff members and encouraging them. If the sun is shining and Richard is nowhere to be seen in the office, it doesn’t take long to see him flying over Redditch on his Para motor… his other passion in life

Director
Richard is one of the original founders of the business and is heavily involved in web development and internal systems. If Richard can’t be found behind his computer screen he has a keen interest in DJing & the radio Industry

Craig is business driven who has a passion for leading his team to be successful. Craig is the IT savvy one who we all turn to for support in the office. Away from his desk in his spare time Craig can either be found playing a round of golf or at Villa park.

Brittany is a senior recruitment consultant who is also known as the servicing queen in the team, you need something ask Brittany, clients love her! In her spare time Brittany likes going on long country walks with her bulldog Mylo.
