Recruitus are supporting a client who specialise in new build construction. We are looking to recruit a quantity surveyor to work in the Birmingham area.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote safe working practice.

• Project delivery and avoid any risks to the business

• Review of tender documents and present them 

• Liaise with PM’s and various other contractors to ensure the delivery runs smoothly

• Set up new documents and insert data in to the CRM to ensure  invoices can be allocated against each contract

• Offer commercial support to a large team ensuring the business is compliant throughout.

• Liaises with various internal customers

• Be responsible for overall management, risk reviews

• Negotiate of terms and conditions with clients and suppliers both existing and new

• Prepares monthly commercial management reports
